We are a not-for-profit (501(c)(3)) organization whose mission is to contribute to a vibrant Caribbean techology ecosystem by equipping the next generation of technologists with the skills and experience to excel in today's hot technology marketplace without abandoning the Caribbean.

What we do

Our 3-phase program helps to equip regional professionals to participate in the exciting global software development marketplace, without needing to abandon the Caribbean region

Education

A curated online curriculum of technology and project-related courses that prepare participants to produce modern software

Certification

Participants are given the opportunity to pass Industry-standard certification exams to earn key software development credentials

Practical Training

A team-based, real-world project where program participants work together in a real software development environment, meeting real customer requirements

Coaching & Mentorship

Integrated coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals in the software development and product management fields, including tests and mock interviews
